1. Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
Yes, please arrive 10 minutes before class to sign a waiver, learn about how we function, and familiarize yourself with the space and any equipment, including the Oov.
2. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Socks with grip are recommended but not required.
3. Do I need to bring anything?
We provide all the equipment you’ll need, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!
4. What is the Oov, and is it hard to use?
The Oov is a specialized tool that supports the natural curves of your spine and enhances core stability and movement efficiency. It’s beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through using it.
5. Can beginners join any class?
We recommend starting with our Bedrock or Beginner Oov classes to build a strong foundation. Once you’re comfortable, you can explore intermediate or mixed-level options.
6. How do I book a class?
To book a class, please call or email us with your inquiry. We will sign you up for one of our sessions, which typically run 6–8 weeks in length. When you register, you commit to attending the same time and day weekly until the session ends.
7. What happens if I miss a class?
We allow for two make-up classes per session, subject to availability. If you cannot attend the make-up classes, the missed classes will be forfeited. Please note that cancellations are only applicable to private classes.
8. What if I have an injury or specific physical needs?
Our instructors are trained to modify exercises to suit your needs. Please inform us before class so we can ensure a safe and effective experience.
9. Can I bring a friend or try a class before committing?
Absolutely! We welcome inquiries about our classes and encourage you to reach out to find the best fit for your needs.
